Doctori Dental Solution

Every case, from the chair to the lab bench and back. One thread.

A clinic writes the prescription on a tooth chart. A laboratory quotes it with real options. The money waits in escrow until the work arrives. Both sides watch the same case move, in their own language, and nobody chases anyone on WhatsApp.

The job today

A crown is ordered by voice note and tracked by memory.

The prescription arrives as a photo of a paper slip. The shade is a word in a message. The price is agreed on the phone and remembered differently by each side. Nobody can say where the case is without calling someone. DDS replaces that with one record both sides can read.

The route a case takes

Five steps, and the case never leaves the system.

Each step below is a screen in the running product, photographed as it is.

01 Prescribe

Dictate it, or draw it on the chart.

Speak the prescription and the form fills itself in: work type, material, teeth, shade. Or mark the teeth yourself on the full FDI chart, draw a bridge across a span, and pick the shade from drawn VITA keys instead of typing a code nobody can check.

  • Dictation in English, Arabic and Hebrew
  • Bridges, pontics and abutments as a span, not a note
  • Intraoral scans: STL, PLY, DICOM, with a 3D viewer
  • Saved as you go, so a half-written case is never lost
The new case form: dictate the prescription, choose the patient, then say what is being made.

02 Quote

A quote with choices, not a single number.

The laboratory prices the case from its own catalogue. A line can be required, one of several alternatives the doctor chooses between, or an optional extra. The total follows the doctor's choices, and approving the quote freezes exactly what was agreed.

  • Choose-one groups and optional extras
  • Priced from the laboratory's catalogue in one click
  • Approval freezes the composition the payment binds to
  • Questions and answers live on the case, translated

03 Pay

The money waits until the work arrives.

The clinic pays by card or from its wallet, and the amount is held rather than handed over. It is released on delivery, or automatically after an agreed window. If something goes wrong it can be refunded in part, not only in full.

  • Card payments through Stripe, or a prepaid wallet
  • Held in escrow, released on delivery
  • Partial refunds, with every movement in a ledger
  • Invoices issued as documents, not screenshots

04 Produce

The bench, live.

The laboratory runs the job on a board: design, milling, layering, quality check, ready. It updates for everyone the moment a technician moves a card, so the clinic can answer a patient without telephoning anybody.

  • A live board, shared the second it changes
  • Work assigned to technicians, with the load visible
  • A failed quality check blocks the case from shipping
  • Promised dates tracked, and lateness named

05 Deliver

The case closes with a record, not a memory.

Delivery or pickup closes the case and releases the payment. What is left behind is the whole story: what was asked for, what was agreed, what was made, what was said, and when. It stays with the patient's record, not in a chat history.

  • A timeline written as events, not log lines
  • The order summary as a PDF, chart and shades included
  • Ratings and reviews after the fact
  • A lasting oral record per patient, across cases
A case page showing status, responsibility, promised dates and the full prescription.

The clinic's telephone

Somebody answers, even when nobody can.

An assistant picks up the clinic's number, recognises the caller from that clinic's own patients, reads back their appointment and confirms it, cancels it, or records a request to move it. It speaks English, Arabic and Hebrew, and it answers in the language it was spoken to.

  • Finds a caller by name or by the number they are calling from
  • Confirms and cancels appointments for real, in the diary
  • Never gives clinical advice, never quotes a price
  • Every call kept as text; no audio is ever stored

Pain, bleeding or injury goes straight to a person. That handover always happens, in any language, without exception.

Who it is for

Three people open this every morning.

The clinic

Order once, then stop chasing.

  • Cases, patients and appointments in one place
  • Choose a laboratory by its profile, catalogue and reviews
  • Approve a quote and pay without leaving the case
  • Recalls and campaigns to bring patients back
  • A digital signature and an order summary PDF

The laboratory

A real inbox, and a price list that works.

  • Every incoming case in the language you chose
  • A catalogue that prices a quote in one click
  • A production board your technicians actually use
  • Deadlines, quality checks and remake tracking
  • Paid the price you set, on delivery

The front desk

The telephone stops being the bottleneck.

  • An assistant answers when the desk cannot
  • Appointments confirmed and cancelled in the diary
  • Recalls for patients who are overdue a visit
  • Campaigns to a chosen group, consent checked at send
  • Every case answerable without ringing the laboratory

Confidential by design

Your business stays your business.

A clinic and a laboratory work together under an alias rather than a registered name, and only what the work needs crosses between them. The address is coarse, the map pin is rounded, and any telephone number, email or handle typed into a message is stripped on the way through. Your patient list, your suppliers and your prices are not passed around.

  • Aliases by default, revealed only if you choose to
  • Contact details removed from free text automatically
  • The laboratory is paid the price it set, on delivery
  • The clinic pays the price it approved, and nothing else

The laboratory is paid what it asked. The clinic pays what it approved. The money sits protected until the work is delivered, and every movement of it is written down where you can read it.

Three languages, properly

Everyone reads the case in their own language.

The interface is English, Arabic and Hebrew, and Arabic and Hebrew are laid out right to left rather than mirrored badly. What people write is translated too: a question typed in Arabic reaches a Hebrew-speaking technician in Hebrew, with the original one tap away and a rating so bad translations get found.

  • Machine translation marked as machine translation
  • The original always available, never replaced
  • Dictation understood in all three

In a pocket

The professional circle

Your next laboratory comes with references.

Before the first case ever leaves your clinic, you can see how a laboratory presents itself: its portfolio, its catalogue with real prices, its turnaround times, and ratings from clinics that already send it work. And the profession meets here too, on a world map of laboratories, in a feed of shared work and questions, and at the industry's courses and exhibitions.

  • Portfolios and cover galleries, reviewed before anything is published
  • Ratings earned on delivered cases, not collected testimonials
  • Ask several laboratories to price the same case, and pick the best offer
  • Conferences and courses in one calendar both sides see

Talk to us

See it on your own cases.

Half an hour is enough to walk a clinic and a laboratory through one case end to end, in English, Arabic or Hebrew. Tell us which side you are on and we will start there.

Clinics and laboratories are onboarded together, so if you already work with each other we can put both sides on it in the same week.
